I am feeling so loved right now. This was a total surprise. I have the best friends and teammates ever. Thank you to the anonomous friend who entered my name, Derby Deeds, and especially Axle Adams for the boots. These are the exact same boots that I’ve been dreaming of buying but haven’t been able to save up for. I was totally surprised when I was told that I won these boots. I can’t wait to put them on and see what a difference having good boots will make to my preformance on the track. My boots are in a sad state and it’ll be nice to not have to duct tape my boots.
I had the best time skating with Tilted Thunder Rail Birds vs Dockyard Derby Dames Undertow. I also love the later in the week getting a mention on Derby Deeds!
